A Course in Miracles .....Giving unconditional gratitude to every one that comes into your life may at first feel as if you are letting people who you dislike "off the hook." Actually it is ourselves we are letting off the hook. Rather than seeking to control the the situation, we are freeing ourselves from stress and pain. Unconditional gratitude replaces frustration with peace, joy, and happiness. The trick is you cannot be grateful and unhappy at the same time.
