PAGE 6 - LOVING YOURSELF .....Hypno-therapists have found that most people (on a subconscious level), do not love, trust or even like themselves. Most people say they like and trust themselves. But subcon- sciously, they do not feel it. .....We need to love ourselves before we can really tap in to our Inner Power. Loving yourself is not being arrogant or vain. It is a calm unconditional love that says God loves me and Jesus loves me, therefore I am loved and I am here to learn and grow and to do the things that only I can do. Not to love yourself is to show disrespect to your Creator. If we love and appreciate ourselves, then life can be a wonderful, joyous gift. Forgive yourself for not being perfect. Who do you know that's perfect? .....Your subconscious mind has no sense of humor. If you put yourself down, even as a joke, your subconscious mind accepts it as true. Release the past in love, and be grateful that it has brought you new understanding. When we believe that we do not deserve good, we will not experience it. We have to start believing that we deserve all the good that life has to offer. Affirmations: 1. I am worthwhile, I am deserving, I am loved, I love myself and I allow myself to be fulfilled. 2. God wants me to be happy and I am grateful for the miracles that happen every day. 3. I let go of all resentment, grief and guilt, life gets better and better every day. .....When you first say an affirmation, it may not seem true. But remember, affirmations are like planting seeds, it takes time for them to grow. |
