PAGE 9 - THE POWER OF THOUGHT .....Jesus said "that which ye have seen me do even that shall ye do. What manner of man ought ye to be?...even as I am." I believe this to be true but it is hard to imagine reaching this level of unconditional love and forgiveness. .....Some have suggested that if we all had the same thought at the same time the combined Power could literally change the world overnight. After learning the science of the 100th. monkey theory, this concept may very well be true. But this is another story and beyond the scope of this little book. .....I have watched people, on television, bend spoons with their mind. What a waste. There are plenty of examples of the power of the mind. I watched a man who could stop the flow of blood in an artery with his mind. He aided doctors operating on a hemophiliac. Distance was no barrier to his power. He did this two thousand miles away while watching the operation on closed circuit television. .....The more you can tap into this Internal Power, the more free you will be in all areas of your life. You cannot change yesterday, your power is always in this moment and you are in control of your mind. Affirmations: 1. It is easy for me to make changes, I have the Power to control my life. And so it is. 2. I am at one with the Power that Created me and I am safe. |
